SHIPPING

Thank you so much for shopping with us! We anticipate orders leaving with us within 5-7 days! Let us know if you have any other questions regarding shipping time! Shipping is a flat rate $7.99. Purchases over $60 qualify for FREE SHIPPING within the US. 

RETURNS

Hey girl, hey! We want you to love your new goodies, and want them to fit perfect! Returns are easy! 

Our return address is 111 S Johnson St Mineola, TX 75773. Please include your original invoice! It is attached to your shipping label. If you need us to send you a label, it will be deducted from your credit/refund. Please email customerservice@envystylz.com if you'd like us to send you a label. You are welcome to ship back using your own label! Once we get your return back, we will issue a store credit via email so you can order any items of your choice to replace your order. If you prefer a refund, just let us know! If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit/refund. If you have any questions please email customerservice@envystylz.com Most items are eligible for returns, however, the following items are STORE CREDIT ONLY: BLACK FRIDAY SALE, shoes, all items ordered using a discount code OVER 10% off, Styled -x- Envy bags, accessories, jewelry, hats, bralettes, grab bags, masks, coolers etc. 

Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.

While we don't mind changing a size, or an address before an order ships, please double check your order! If an order is already shipped and you need a change, we ask that your follow through the normal return process!

If your order is returned to us due to a bad address, you are responsible for the shipping cost to re ship it to a correct address. If you are alerted that your package has been returned to sender, please email customerservice@envystylz.com so we can send you a shipping invoice. If your return to sender mail sits at our warehouse for more than 30 days, it will then be donated to our local shelter. 

If an order needs cancelled, we require a 10% cancellation fee due to the fees we are charged and not returned for a cancelled order. .
